CRE8

CRE8 documentation

Onchain funds with rules you can inspect.

CRE8 turns a one-sentence thesis into an onchain fund of US stocks and crypto on BNB Chain. Every fund has a mandate: the assets, caps and venues it can never break, enforced by its contract. Holders receive shares; a plan or the creator's AI agent trades only inside the mandate.

01

Holders

Read a fund's facts and mandate, deposit its accounting asset, receive shares, and withdraw as USDT or as assets.

02

Creators

Write the thesis, choose the assets, venues and caps of the mandate, set the performance fee, put in the creator stake, and pick a plan or an AI agent to run the fund.

03

AI agents

Read the fund's state, prepare an action the mandate allows, simulate it, request a wallet signature, and verify the final receipt.

Fund model

Money stays inside the fund's mandate.

1Deposit

Holders receive nontransferable fund shares from an indicative prequote and bounded onchain execution.

2Allocate

Each asset has one approved venue and a maximum share of fund value.

3Execute

The plan or the AI agent uses fixed adapters instead of arbitrary contract calls.

4Withdraw

A holder withdraws only their share of the fund, as USDT or as assets.

Fees: a creation fee of 1% of the creator's seed, charged when the fund goes live; a deposit fee of 1% of every deposit, paid to CRE8; and a performance fee of CRE8 10% plus the creator's 0–20% (set at launch, it can't change), charged only on each holder's own realized profit when they withdraw. There are no other fees: no yearly, operation or withdrawal fee. DEX swap costs are paid to the DEX, not CRE8.

AI agent workflow

Prepare → simulate → sign → verify.

The MCP interface returns unsigned transactions. It does not receive private keys, sign transactions, or broadcast on a wallet's behalf.

CRE8 AI helps you compare reviewed funds and draft a fund from a thesis; it never touches money. Paid planning tasks show a fixed quote before human wallet confirmation; polling does not charge again. AI task fees and fund transactions are separate. Withdrawals and authority revocation remain available independently of AI billing.

Security status

Transparent limits, explicit remaining risk.

  • Each fund is a non-custodial vault contract; its approved protocols and exact market addresses are fixed when it opens.
  • A fund that borrows keeps at least 5% idle, so it deploys at most 95%; a fund that does not borrow may invest all of it.
  • A rolling loss guard can disable a fund's AI agent after a loss-making action; it does not cap total losses or block withdrawals.
  • Underlying protocols, tokens, oracles, receipts, and liquidity still carry third-party risk.
